Estimated number of guests (a range is fine)
Location of event (Driveway, parking lot, vineyard, warehouse….flat, sloped, easy access, etc)
Type of event (birthday, wedding, tailgate, fundraiser, etc)
Which bar package you think you may desire (from Bar Packages page)
Approximate start time and end time (duration of event)
